One framework - different apliances

This post finally answers all your questions about the motto of my blogs that is “When Agile becomes continues amazing journey”. Be patient. Scrum is a framework (you have heard that many times). However one of the most important  thing you need to remember is that every project and every team is different. Every company is different and

every management team is different. Due to all these facts you need to be flexible when you start coaching. Set of SCRUM principles helps a lot when starting “the journey” across “different projects” but you need to remember that:

• every journey will be unique and unpredictable
• you need to carefully prepare for every new journey remembering that some past experiences can be useful but probably not many of them
• on every step you need to be prepared for surprises (always have plan B)
• and finally...be prepared to give up and back home when journey takes all your power and there is no chance to reach the goal
